You can purchase perms either outright for the price of $20,000, or, you can do a payment plan. If you pay down $5000, you are able to pay the remaining $15,000 over the course of the next 7 days, which is less than one hour of farming. Are there any rules? Why yes, there do happen to be a few rules that you must agree to in order to buy permissions to this farm. 1. No griefing of any sort, if you break a glowstone, a stem, a fence, a dirt or anything else, replace it. I have to say for the size of those farms, they are spread out among a town so there isnt much lag, i built most of the reed farm and i got no lag, so for 25k , the size and how easy it is to make it back, its 100% worth it.

Quick question, on the post you say monthly perms, but earlier I think I saw you advertised lifetime perms. Is there a different format for applying for lifetime perms or is that something we need to discuss with you?
