I am selling the Nation of 420farm. Please note; I have no interest in Star / God Tools or Armor. I am looking for an ECC MSword, $12,000,000 ECD up-front, or $15,000,000 ECD on a payment plan with 25% down ($3,750,000) in exchange for the Nation of 420farm. A wise man by the name of @David_Torento once offered me $7 million ECD a few months ago when the nation only had one melon farm and no clearance to y: 18, so keep that in mind before you offer. Below, I will include the amenities that the nation offers.
Nation of 420farm:
- 7 towns (1400x200)
- 2 1152x16x10 Chunk Melon Farms w/ AFK Rails
- ALL Towns Cleared to y: 18
- A Victorian Themed Warp (/warp 420farm)
- Roadways/Sidewalks for Future City
**A chunk farm allows you to consistently farm without having to afk as long as you are in the chunk. Both chunk farms include colored glass (red, yellow, and green) to let you know if you are at the beginning/end or middle of the farm. On top of that, it keeps you on track, so you do not run into the adjacent row. Each farm has subregions to prevent an individual from accidentally griefing, and it lets you only break melons too.

So much work for you to decide to sell. This is an awesome asset on ECC for sale. It is a shame so much of my net worth was taken back in the "economy apocalypse".
Maybe it would have been best to sell to the wise man @David_Torento when he was willing to buy?
