@GLORIOUSTACO69 before I can approve this contract there are a few things that have to be specified: 1. Will @SKSoccer give you ownership after you've paid the 300k? When this contract is approved? Also specify a time constraint (within 12 hours of contract approval / within a day of the 300k payment being completed) 2. Will @SKSoccer have to remove themselves as an owner of the town after this payment is complete? 3. Please specify what 'month' means (30 days, a specific day) 3. If the payment is to be made to a sign, the coords and world need to be listed. If you're not doing a sign, this can be disregarded. @SKSoccer after @GLORIOUSTACO69 has made these corrections you will need to re-agree to the contract.
