Selling Spawnshop #24 I've made quite a bit of profits and, most importantly, had so much fun managing my spawnshop ever since I've purchased it from Pbrassat back in February. This shop is located at one of the prime locations at the market and gets a lot of foot traffic making netherstars/xp buy/sell very easy and profitable. Sadly I won't have enough time to run it starting this summer and, therefore, am looking to find a new owner for the shop. To have a look at the shop, those with TP feature can do "/warp station24" and those without can access it via "warp blue 1" sign at the entrance of the market. I'm looking for offers around $3 mil and, unfortunately, will not be able to do payment plans. I just paid that much for mine. Honestly, in my eyes, any price can be considered a steal. The summer is rapidly approaching, and, historically, that is when many new players join, and many old players return. What this means is an increase in market traffic. For a prime shop, this is all the better. I haven't even owned my shop for a week, and I've taken in over $150,000 of sales. I use to be across the street from konan, and she got excellent business. If you have the money, 3mil for this shop is a wise investment, and I can hardly understand why someone with such money would shy away at the opportunity.
Let me rephrase myself, I don't see the point in spending $3mil+ on a shop. It's a game on supply & demand. So you could have non-prime location, all unlimited amounts of each block & make as much money with a shop like, usernameofdeath.
great deal I made at least 100k a week when I owned the shop and with summer coming that'll rise buy while you can!
