The perms will cost 15k each person and this is unlimited access forever. I'm probably adding more floors soon so get perms now before i raise the price. I can normally farm this with 5 other people and there are always melons ready for harvest and makes about 15-20k per hour depending on tools and how attentive you are.
I will make a limit to how many perms i will sell so i don't have people complaining about to many people. This is also why i will be adding more floors. :D
