Rules: ​

1. NO greif
2. Be nice
3. Do not mine i the town
4. No ugly or one block type buildings
5. No trade signs unless you are sold a store plot
6. Must have a sign visible with your ign and the date you joined the town.
7. If offline for 7+ days your things will be removed and plot resold unless younotified the town owner or co-mayor of you absence.

1. All town members get free water and pyro placements from the town owner
2. All town members get free tp's from the towns co-mayor
3. public farm and tree farm

1. 10x10 plot is 1k
2. 15x15 is 2k
3. 20x20 is 4k
