I found a skelly spawner in the mining world and built a drop tower around it (water ladder with half heart drop). Optimal spawning distances are used to generate a steady stream of mobs for xp, loot, and sword training. Using a looting 3 sword I was pulling in $5-6k per hour including 1300 xp/hr. I'm selling the location, but note that it isn't protected in anyway except for being hidden. PM here or in game with offers. -Tandisong
