I'm making a giant christmas tree for well, christmas and I have some rooms for sale. 13 to be exact. If you buy a room you are allowed to check it out, however you cannot move in until December 20, and you must be moved out by the 8th of January. You are allowed to decorate it however you want and you can add a locked door to the stairs. HOWEVER, you cannot put a trapdoor on the ladder, because that is the only other way of going upstairs. If people wish to check out your room you are allowed to shoo them out. You are not allowed to change the flooring as it will change the person belows ceiling, and vice versa. There are no windows in any of the rooms for aesthetic lookoutside. Prices are as follow, you may reserve a room by posting below saying you have the amount for the room, and the room you want. The higher the floor, the more expensive because it will be closer to the top part of the tree. The earlier you reserve your floor, the lower the cost. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, the lower the floor you get, the more traffic you might get during your stay. I would suggest the middle floors for the least amount of traffic. Floor 1: 1k Floor 2: 2.5k Floor 3: 4k Floor 4: 5.5k Floor 5: 7k Floor 6: 8.5k Floor 7: 10k Floor 8: 11.5k Floor 9: 13k Floor 10: 14.5k Floor 11: 16k Floor 12: 17.5k Floor 13 (AKA, tree top): 19k These prices might seem steep, and they are. I'll probably have a sale a few days before people are allowed to move in.
