I am selling spawn shop 73. I am looking for 120k. Spawn shop 73 is in the blue section, it is one of the 4 shops just lower than top floor and has a great height advantage making it perfect for 2 floors. The shop circled (thanks to my amazing paint skills) is 73. Either post offers on this post or pm me in-game, although I am extremely unlikely to sell for less than 120k.
