Obviously you have never calculated how much you would make on a last row. Results are quite surprising
I am assuming you are laughing because you realize what a great deal this is - The true worth is probably closer to 400k. My spawnshop is also located at the last row and even without advertising or a thread, the traffic is great and I have some really awesome customers.
