Hey DD! if I were to make an offer and we could come to an agreement on price, are you willing to wait a couple of weeks to give me time to clean out and possibly sell my shop? Do you have a starting price in mind? Keep in mind the neighborhood is not that great - look who I have to see across from me every single day
1 mill EDIT: It would take a very long time for anyone to make up the money they paid for a high tier spawnshop. The idea is, as spawnshops generally retain their value or even increase in value, once you are done running a spawnshop you would sell it on to recoup or even profit over the amount you paid initially. DDs circumstances may have changed making it harder to maintain a spawnshop, or she may have simply decided to pursue other avenues of making money.

To clear up the reason of why I chose to sell it so soon is that I believe I just want to give out loans and work on Dee-Vault again and having a spawn-shop and splitting my money between the two was lowering my business with Dee-Vault because I wouldn't have as much to loan out and as much time dedicated to Dee-Vault.
