2 questions - Who is the original owner? Do you have an agreement for using the town portal, or is it yours?
@AdmiralD and @Iticip , the original owner is fotballpay1. He gave me madrid for months ago. I know him irl, he lives 20 mins from me. Don't worry, I can tell him to make a contract, so he cant reclaim it. Okay? Town portal? I just told him (the new owner of norwegiancity) to let me use it, but last week we became enemies. The owners are x_chingy_x and bradzy_tk2_. If you are friends with them, then they will let you use their portal.
Before I offer @usapresident999 I would like to know whether fotballpay1 would agree to a contract stating he will apply for all town features (with me paying) and that any failure to apply immediately (no spending in lotto) would result in a complaint being filed. One reason I am wary about offering is due to the fact that the original owner has been banned for scamming, and so a town without any portal or warp would not be very useful to me.
