Lenox has a front row portal on towns2 (2nd floor of the town portal building). Also, it is relatively flattened already. I don't know what it is worth, but I'm taking offers. Finally, I am the original owner and will make a contract stating that I won't try to reclaim the town. Or whatever you want me to say to make you feel safe.
