Yep, town is decently above mediocre. it comes with an item/blocks vault. Block vault doesn't have any blocks but is really nicely designed, I left all my items in the chests for the item vault so those are yours to keep. /warp ukraine Vaults are: 1. Warp to town. 2. Follow path to the left 3. Break off and go down the tunnel with the vines
These are a bit low.. I can't sell the town which has an enormous mansion, 2 vaults with items, lots of lapis, gold, and layed out areas for plots, shops, etc. for this low. Any other offers?
I offered 85k because that is all I have atm. If you were to give some sort of plan, I may be interested in about 150k+ range. Also, did you get the underground cleared?
Did you warp to the town...? The warp is literally 1 block away from a large lapis/glass walkway and not more than 20 from the huge house.
Time frame? And no, sadly I didn't, however, the users did say they would do it from free - 5k, so it's not too big of a problem.
It does need interior, yes, but that can be done relatively easily... Obviously it's not meant to be one room..
I could do 85k and another 65k in a month. I really think that I can do it quicker than this (probably 2 weeks easily plus I have fall break coming up) but I like to be safe and agree on extra time just in case anything in life arises.
