I, as an EcoLeader, currently have a town claim available to me, though I have no interest at this time in acquiring another town (I think I may already have too many). So... I'm selling the town claim to anyone willing to meet my price for their right to assume 'original ownership' of a town of their choosing.
The selected town in question must meet all the Town Claim requirements, with any town claim contract observing the 3 day waiting period between claim app filed and approved to ensure the niceties are observed.
Asking 200-250k.

You are such a wonderful friend @KMaxwell but I would feel much better if you would let @Jdawger buy this claim and I will be happy to prepay your next claim. This seems much more fair to me and so I will wait patiently for that claim to be filed and then send you the payment and info as soon it is complete.
