Selling Town!
As you can read by the title, I'm looking to sell a town. Right now I'm currently taking offers. The towns has 3 floors of a 200x200 farm. And many below ready to be mined out! I'm not ready to sell the town just yet until I see a price that fits me. The town includes a 200x200 flat area above the water, 3 floors of 200x200 farms, & storage room at bedrock level.

I'd say it's worth about 400k+ depending on the general condition of the farm and such

One well kept 200x200x1 farm of any type is worth around 100k. This town is 200x200x4. I only got a B in math last year, but I'm pretty sure that a farm that's four times larger than the standard size is probably going to be worth four times as much.-

That is not correct. Sure it is worth more than a farm with one level but it doesn't necessarily mean that it's worth 4 times as much. -

I don't know, like 150-200k. There is no town portal, which makes it pretty hard unless the town is claimable.
