Hey! I'm selling a town. It has a portal, pvp area, and heal sign. Towns is called fairborn. Towns5, yellow row. Looking for 80-85k. Please no troll offers Thanks, -Monchy
Typical transactions would have the seller place a value on what they are selling. Could you imagine walking into a grocery store and not knowing what anything sells for? I say this only because how would we even have an idea what a troll offer is? I have spent as little as 20k for towns before - would you consider that a troll offer? Either way, I really appreciate you Monchy and wish you the best of success in selling your town.
The thing is I've had trouble getting the price I've wanted. I've gotten multiple offers for 50k, but declined them as I believe the town is worth more. Yea, I see what you're saying with the grocery store analogy, but I felt I would get more offers so I wanted to give clients the ability to control the offer. The goal was for me to see the offers I would fet for the town. Thanks for the advice, I'll edit the main thread!
I understand completely and think your asking price is more than fair (when you find the right buyer). Hopefully, this will keep the troll offers down as I now know my 20k would be exactly that Even my 50k offer would be a troll offer Towns are harder to sell but if you can be patient, there are players out there that see the value you are offering and will make a legitimate offer imho.
