On acceptance of our quote, we will ask for 20% down payment, for larger projects, we may also agree upon a milestone / partial payment plan. All of our services will require the requester to provide materials, or in the case of demo / clearing the "spoils" will belong to us. If this is a problem, dispensation can be agreed during contract negotiations. We will require co-mayor access to the town we will be working in, this allows our managers to sub-contract out the work, we will ensure that no griefing occurs, and take full responsibility for any damage done. Once completed we will remove our team and our access. Cleared an area of 200x200 5 tall underground while combating boiling lava and freezing water from the glaciers above all in complete darkness!!!!! He risked his life and his Eff7 Pick in the -30 degree temps mining the stone out. Thank you for your help and I will surely use you again if I need to clear more stuff underground And PAID
