Brief Description: Well it was just me LegendaryTrio, and kikuwi12 left in sg 6 and soon as death match started i caught fire and died by an unknown item

How many times did you recreate this bug?: 1 but it has happend to me in the past i thought the bug has been patched
Result: I died and kikuwi12 won with zero kills
Expected Result: idk i thought i would win lol

Is it possible that you had been hit with a fire aspect sword immediately before deathmatch?

This happened to me aswell once...but with the difference that I was stuck in the arena then. And there was no fire in my case, either... (Full health).
