Brief Description:
Allows users to start an SG match without the countdown displaying on the SG signs. (Can be used for major boosting)

Instructions:
1. Join an SG so there is 1 other person and both vote (starts timer)
2. One person immediately leaves (timer keeps going, but doesnt display on SG boards)
3. The one who left rejoins and you wait for the game to start while no one knows it is actually starting (the game goes straight from waiting to ingame)

Result:
You were able to start a game without the countdown showing, therefore no one else big joins.

Expected Result:
The voting counter resets and you have to vote to start the game again

Evidence:
It is really difficult to get a video of this, I can't be in 2 places at once
