Also adding to matrixs idea also make their bans perm or longer. I don't see how X-ray is perm ban and pvp hacking is not. A hack is a hack ALL hacks should be perm banned.
Usually if they get caught they really do hack. They won't ban hack players for hack that they did not have.
Agreed ^ I don't think it's fair if someone is banned for pvp hacking and they just lag ._. It's easier to tell X-ray from pvp hacking because idk why most ray users admit XD
X-Ray is an economically-related hack. Players that use X-Ray or X-Ray texture packs can make several times more money from mining in a short amount of time than others. SG hacks only give players an advantage in SG. Also, we have suggestion formats for a reason. Please use them.
SG is the economy. If you are decent at SG, then it offers the best hourly rate of 20k-30k. Even better than Eff 7 or melon sword. Also to address the fact that we don't know if a user is truely hacking, look at some bans in the past. Some of the hackers are dumb enough to post screenshots of the hacked client, and that is definitive proof.
I assume the second part of your response is directed at me? Well I have been scanning complaints for months now. I have to say I disagree :\ only a tiny margin of hackers make this mistake I can only name 3 cases to support your claim. Also the cases that don't have this obvious evidence (the rest of them) rely on player judgement and laggy video. As for X-ray it is considerably easier to prove with the evidence provided. You can only tell if a person with investigator looks into the looks and sees the player digs directly for ores in a scatter pattern. Or the user self incriminates oh I'm or her self. As you can tell with the facts and logic I provided it is undeniably easier to find a X-ray user then a pvp hacker. To use the harshest punishment Perma ban on a player that might have just had extenuating circumstances but looks like a hacker is a terrible idea :\ However as compensation I do support harsher punishment for pvp hackers BUT not so far as to Perma ban them.
