Brief Description: I started a game in arena #1 and the no kit arena post was announced when i was in-game, this means no kits are allowed, yet a player still had his kits to hand even though the arena was a no kits arena.

Instructions:
Just found this in arena #1.

How many times did you recreate this bug?:
Just the once, this is how many times i have seen it.

Result:
Kits were active in a non-kit arena.

Expected Result:
No kits.

Above, you can see that canadianminer8 has an enchanted wooden sword to hand, and the message in the chat box shows a no-kit arena.

In this image, you can clearly compare the two wooden swords and still see that the arena is a no-kit arena.
