I am very sad to be saying this, but i have no money and have to sell my plot in elots. that said, the plot is nice 10x10 roomy with storage underneath, its is pre build, but goes wayy cheaper than the ones you have to build, 800 compared to the preset 1000. if you are interested, PLEASE contact me SuperNova215 and tell me, if the price is too high, we can work it out, im flexable. hope to do business with you! -SuperNova215
