As much as I hate to be the one to do this... as quoted directly from the server application rules for Spawn Shops, "All expiry dates are in EST (Eastern Standard Time) - Click for time. Shops expire at exactly 12:01AM EST on Expiry date." and you are about two and a half hours too late. I'm sorry. Locked.
