    Hey guys I was wondering..... It's kinda sad that I haven't applied for mayor yet
    Should I get it or should I get more donor features to add perks to my town?
    I was thinking of getting extcommands for free repairs for my town or another feature
    With Eco dollars. I can easily get the money for either one.. I already have full possession of a town
    (not co-) so should I get more perks? Or another town and more respect...
    And no I'm not greeting neither lol I'm not as awesome as kevinchiang

    I would get mayor and then work on getting your donations. That's what I did, I got mayor right away, and then saved up eco's for donation features. I've been "mayor" for like 5 months now and probably won't ever plan on getting "president". Plus people are more inclined to trade/auction with someone higher than a builder or resident. UNLESS YOU ARE JUST SUPER FREAKIN POPULAR COOL! Not naming anyone ;)

    i think the best way to get mayor is to get world edit (that should be useful) and i would get ext commands too good luck on you town! ;)
