As a resident I find it dead, and I gave up trying to rent anything in the mall when no-one replied to my mails. I think you need to decide what your relationship to the place is, building it and then dumping it doesn't really work. I think random co-mayors isn't really going to work either. You need someone with some ownership of the project.

I think the changes to warp utterly change the viability of shops. Location doesn't matter so much, it's all about the warp.

I could assist in helping you manage parts of the town... like filing LWCs (all the IGN/UUID & co-ord finding/recording is time consuming) or collecting shop rents, or in demolishing defunct buildings and homes. I did have a small idea for how to remodel the shop area, though it's entirely up to you
