This project started around a month ago when I wanted to create a huge tree farm where players are able to buy perms. After countless hours of organizing and preparation for the farm, it has come to life like never before. Check out the farm yourself! /warp sidvile ! Future specs: 200x600x2 This town is currently under construction First town - 70% done Second town - 0% done Third town - 0% done Town Warp - 100% done - /warp sidville Prices $100,000 Regular perms - allows you to plant only Addition cost $75,000 Co Owner Perms - allows you to hire re-planters $25,000 - Casino Hosting Perms (Permanent) You must have bought Perms from the shop to buy from Addition Cost Packages $150,000 - Regular Perms + Co owner perms Here are the rules: 1. Always replant what you broke 2. If you break any blocks that are not yours, you have to replace 3. Do not take other players wood/saplings 4. Buying Owner Perms only grants powers to hire replanters, you will be evicted. 5. When hiring planters, you must remove them after they are done their shift. If any of these rules are broken, You will be evicted without refund. Theres a difference between lilycakes and sidville. Sidville There's dirt that seperate the trees so that it makes it very efficient and easier to break. Also if you take a look at the Design, Theres a 1 block between which is very helpful. When you use super breaker on the trees, it breaks 2 trees at once which maximizes profit of each super breaker. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lilycakes if you look at the design, this only allows you to break 1 tree at a time. Thats not as good as Sidville as your break a block from which breaks 2 trees. Differences Between them both: More Efficient You get 2x of what you can get from Sidville compared to lilycakes @dgam02 @DD71
