Is it because you don't trust your residents not to dig outside their plot?

Ah, okay, just trying to be helpful.
And it also seems i missed the idea behind the one block rule. I thought you meant that people couldn't change their houses after they were built, aka, no breaking blocks inside the plot.

But now i realize you meant not to dig under it, my mistake :p
