If that’s the case, then mossy and cracked need to be worth 4 (since the general rule is an extra value point for a smelt), which I think is too high (it would be equal to quartz blocks then). If anything, stone bricks should stay the same as stone and cracked and mossy should be worth 3
This Cobble to stone requires smelting materials. Stone to stone bricks requires nothing extra. Stone brick to mossy or cracked requires vines and smelting materials respectively. TL;DR stone should not be decreased.
