Skylegends have no cooldown period for /fix all. They do have the appropriate 3.5 day cooldown for /fix.

Instructions:
With the permissions of a skylegend use /fix all repeatedly. No cooldown is imposed.

Result:
/Fix has a 3.5 day cooldown. /Fix all has no cooldown whatsoever.

Expected Result:
/Fix all should have a cooldown "based on /fix command."

/repair and /repair all were bypassing the cooldown. I miss spoke when I said I was using /fix, as I was just using an old keybind.
