Minecraft Username: padsen Brief Description: When I typed /is level and it was the first time I reached level 10, it said something along the lines of "congradulations for your progress. Here is $0.0 for your progress in skyblock!" Note: I am the owner of the island. Instructions: 1. Get to level 10 in skyblock 2. This may not be important, but have someone teaming with you do /is level first at level 10 3. Get no money. How many times did you recreate this?: 1 time Result: I recieved 0 in my forum bal Expected Result: To get 10k in my forum bal Evidence: Proof of reciving no money and proof of being level 10
I just achieved level 20 and there was a notice and 10k was added to my forum balance! I never received the 10k from level 10 but it is not the end of the world imho. I would really rather have the shop working correctly
I didn't receive a reward for levels 10 or 20, I did receive the in-game message for level 30 and had 10K deposited into the bank, but then did not receive anything again for level 40, not even the in-game message. I think that the reward were down when I got to 10 and 20, and then they were fixed, but it happened again at 40, just thought to point it out since others were having similar/the same issue. I do not ha a coop island like padsen though.
Ok, well to keep you and Jamie posted and answer what he asked in the jira post: I recieved the reward for level 50 today at 11:20 CST, so the issue may have been fixed already or just a 1 time bug. I got the island to level 40 between 9 and 11pm CST on Tuesday, thought I am not sure if I didn't do /island level at 40 exactly or I skipped it (in case that is of any relevance). And I am the owner of the island. Again, just answering what I saw Jamie ask, in case it's of any use.
Adding in case its of use - I got to level 10 today at a few minutes before 12:29 BST (11:29 UTC) (it took me a few minutes checking before I realised) No reward received. I did /is level before and after as I was trying to get to 10. I am the owner, no other members, rank is Skylegend.

I haven't received my 10k either. Also wondering, when this is fixed will I receive the rewards I've earned or will they simply be considered a loss and I'll have to accept only future rewards? edit: received level 20 reward
Just in case you wanted more confirmation, I received my 10k and got a notification when leveling up to level 10
@andrewkm Did not recieve 10k for level 30. I am 99% sure this was because my team got to level 31 while I was offline. (when I went offline I was level 24). Due to this, it auto leveled me upon log in. However, It did not give me 10k because it wasn't from a /is level. I then did /is level and it just told me my level, didn't even give me the "you got $0 message."
