Does it yield any rewards if you repeat it? If it doesn't, it appears to be the same issue as with the Craftsman challenge, which is at 100/100 in my GUI and won't disappear.
It does not yield any rewards past the initial reward (or at least I couldn't get any more rewards from it). It just stays there frozen at 1/100 and says in the chat "This challenge is not repeatable."
