General Purpose of Contract:
For @Natelev and @blgordon to sell skyblock prestige to @EtherealSquid

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @Natelev agree to place blocks on @EtherealSquid's island worth 25k levels by the 30th of August 2019
I, @Natelev agree not to place any blocks which would increase @EtherealSquid's total level beyond 51k

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@blgordon will place blocks on @EtherealSquid's island worth 25k levels by the 30th of August 2019
@blgordon agrees not to place any blocks which could increase @EtherealSquid's total level beyond 51k

@EtherealSquid agrees to pay @blgordon $1,250,000 ECD by the 30th of August 2019
@EtherealSquid agrees to pay @Natelev $50,000 ECD by the 30th of August 2019
@EtherealSquid agrees that the debt of $1,200,000 ECD owed by @Natelev by the 23rd of August 2019 is now void, and that @Natelev is no longer in debt to @EtherealSquid
@EtherealSquid agrees not to give any level blocks to any other players who are not involved in this contract
@EtherealSquid agrees not to bring their island level past 51k, by placing blocks or letting other players place blocks on their island. If @EtherealSquid has an island level more than 51k, they will be in breach of this contract
@EtherealSquid agrees that if they win anything from one of the seasonal skyblock raffles in 2019, they will give their winnings to @blgordon and @Natelev. If their winnings are something that can be halved, such as ECD, then @EtherealSquid can simply give @blgordon half and @Natelev half. If the winnings include something which cannot be easily split, such as a single giftcard, the method of splitting these winnings among @blgordon and @Natelev will be discussed at a later date.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
