Coloured Signs Skylord+/Skylegend+​

What are you suggesting:

We lower the rank requirement for the ability to colour signs from SkyGod to either Skylord+ or Skylegend+​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

I feel that that SkyGod has nearly everything they want. I saw many suggestions for the Skylegend and other ranks which were only added to SkyGod. Yes its a very expensive so i see why a lot of features were added, but they already have a free monthly spawner as well as 75% reduced kit cool down. Its just a bit much to have for the ability to colour signs so why not allow other ranks to have the same ability, it does no harm and doesn't really give any advantage.​
