I agree with @Skylexia and @stin23 that's bull, we shouldn't lose perms we just bought, especially with absolutely nothing to compensate.

I was asking why you're removing everyone. Clearly you either don't want to give a reason, or don't have one. Either way, I need to respect that.

 

Probably wants to sell perms himself. Nothing wrong with that either.

Perms and plots on ECC are never permanent, even if the seller says so. If you don't have 100 percent ownership of the town, then nothing is guaranteed.

Everyone needs to understand this.
