Griefing will result in a complaint which will then become a ban. If you accidentally break a block simply place it back immediately or it is considered griefing. Rule 2: Do NOT build outside or over the stone slab perimeters. Rule 3: There is a 7 day inactivity rule. If you are offline or inactive for 7 days an lwc file will be posted on your locks and all the items will be sold. If you know you are going to be away for more than 7 days please let me know ahead of time and I will take not and will make sure to not remove your locks. Rule 4: No ugly buildings. Nobody like's a giant stone cube. Its your house, make it cool and exciting! You should be proud to show it off! However if I feel like you can do better I reserve the right to take down the house and start again Rule 5: Do NOT build underground. This town is 126 blocks high in the sky and you will fall through and die if you try to build down. If I find any attempts to still try and build down you will be immediately removed from town. Rule 6: All server rules apply here. Make sure you check them out. The excuse "I did not know" will NOT work and there will be 0 tolerance for it. Rule 7: No shops or farms on your plot as we have a public 20x200 farm in the back and have designated shop plots in the front. If we do not have the crop you want, simply suggest it here and we will work on adding it. Rule 8: You must ALWAYS replant crops that need to be replanted on the farm. If you do not, I will hire an investigator, find you, and you will be removed from the town. If you break something such as glass please replace it immediately or it will be considered a grief. Rule 9: I, THCOOL am the Mayor of this town. If there are any issues please come to me via pm or mail if I am offline. Since I am mayor I have the last say to things. Rule 10: If you wish to sell your plot after you have purchased it you must let me, THCOOL know beforehand and I get 20%. Also if you wish to have a roommate, he/she must pay me half the cost of the plot. ex) If you paid 2k for your plot, your desired roommate must pay me 1k for perms. Rule 11: Do NOT harass any fellow neighbors and players as this is 0 tolerance and action will be take immediately. Be nice! enjoy yourself and most of all have fun!
