    Skytower Parkour Course
    Owner: Skystrider17
Position: Skytower Parkour Course: Located in Pacifica
Duties: As the course operator you will have access to the control station and levers, and will be in charge of collecting bets, officiating races, and paying winners. The players must decide how much to wager. The operator keeps 10% of the pot, and the winner of the race receives the rest. Winners of the race receive an instant 80% return on their wager.
Qualifications: As Operator you are bound to be honest and fair. If there are valid complaints from racers regarding your officiating then you will be dismissed without compensation nor refund, and barred from working at The Dominion.
There is also a small degree of math involved, so you must be proficient in calculating percentages. I advise use of a calculator.
You are responsible for marketing and attracting competitors to the race course, and determining the race order.
Residents are preferred, however Builders will be considered if they have a good work history, are of sound character and maturity, and can provide references.
Compensation: Operators must pay $2,000 in order to rent the course for a 1 day period, the period will end at midnight of the next day, so often it is greater than 24 hours. After 10 races at $1,000 bet per person you will have earned your deposit back. Any profits from there out are yours to keep. If you are proficient in attracting racers and marketing, there is no limit to how much you can earn in one day, especially if you attract high rollers.
The first operator to lease the course, Keeg1009, earned his deposit back in less than an hour.
At Skytower we have consistently had $5,000 bets, meaning the winner took home $9,000, and the operator kept $1,000. Our largest bet at Skytower was $20,000 per racer, the operator kept $4,000.
If you are interested in working as an operator please reply to this post with the following format.

These courses are FANTASTIC. But then when there is misjudgment from operators like
    than its really unfair.
