SmallHill Basic Rules - All Server Rules Apply - Grief will not be tolerated - Everyone works hard for their items on ECC and there is no reason to steal or destroy. - This is a family friendly town so NO cursing is allowed in local chat. Take it to private or party messaging if you must. - NO Farms on plots - a small garden is allowed, however, farm plots will be available for rent if you want a personal farm. - Plots may be built to sky, however, you may not build lower than y:55. - You must notify mayors if you will be gone for more than 7 days or you will be removed. We have Plots for sale. We will have farm plots for rent soon. We will have shops for rent soon. We have apartments for rent. We will have townhomes for sale or lease to own soon.
