I am in the market for a any size town. I am willing to spend 10-20k, but i will need a bit of time to get some money. I must be okay with the name, and it must be flat. any level is ok.
Just a heads up, it is incredibly unlikely you will get a 200x200 town for 10-20k. Other size towns, however, are very rare. If I were you, I'd look more on the lines of 30-40k. Also, if it's flat and clear for that price then you got lucky. Usually, it'll have old buildings/LWCs, etc. Not trying to rain on your parade or anything, but just giving you a heads up
