When you fill out the application and get to "what is your budget", please specify a price that is reasonable and at least 50k. If you are looking for a cheaper build fill out the "what is your budget" part as "special order". If you have chosen special order, I will will start a conversation with you on the forums. Keep in mind that I prefer my builds to be at least 50k+. The roof, entire left side, and interior are not complete. Yes it will come furnished but I wanted to get the screeny up ASAP. The price tag on that house is 50k. Prices are ALWAYS negotiable. So if you are not ok with the price pm me on the forums and we can work it out Also, I can make a lot more designs than just that one. So if you want another style, let me know!
