Welcome to SP Building Inc.! I provide quality architecture ranging from a small 10x10 plot to a 200x200 mansion! SP Building Inc. will provide fast builds for you to enjoy! No matter what the task, fill out an application below to get started! I have many references towards my building skill and will tag them below. Also, all of my builds are MY design and I take my time in designing them so they are keen to the eye;)

Every mansion I build will be 50k+. When you fill out the application and get to "what is your budget", please specify a price that is reasonable and at least 50k. If you are looking for a cheaper build fill out the "what is your budget" part as "special order". If you have chosen special order, I will will start a conversation with you on the forums. Keep in mind that I prefer my builds to be at least 50k+. (I don't like applications with an extremely large build when your budget is only 10k) This is not to be mean, just so I can give my client a nice build:)

Yes it will come furnished but I wanted to get the screeny up ASAP. The price tag on that house is 50k. Prices are ALWAYS negotiable. So if you are not ok with the price pm me on the forums and we can work it out:) Also, I can make a lot more designs than just that one. So if you want another style, let me know!
