Any details?: The house does not need to be furnished, just 2 stories with a ladder and nice flooring.

Okay, I'll supply the wood, ladder, and glass panes, please supply stone bricks for ceiling and wool for floor.
This is only a 9x9 plot, so it wouldn't be that large of a property.
