Say I'm looking for a modern house 60*60 and then the rest of the town turned into a modern storage area behind the house assuming it's placed in a position centered, would that be possible and if so what would be the price range so as I can raise the funds c:?

 

Well assuming it's like centered towards the front of the town but has about 30 blocks of space in front the rest of the town behind it turned into a storage area that can blend into the house? If possible c:
