What type of build are you looking for?: Decoration of interior of my house
Do you have a location ready for this build?: House is built need nice decoration inside I am terrible at decorating lol

What is your budget?: not my budged but my offer would be at least $7500 for labor only (negotiable) once you see the house you might have better idea of what you would like to get paid to decorate it.
Any details?: just decoration inside, i am picky, i looked at your screen shots interiors and they look pretty nice, guess you could do one room i tell you what i like and what i don't that will give you better idea of what i expect and in case i don't like it i am still prepared to pay you at least $1500 for your time spent on this one room WARNING VERY FINICKY AND PICKY CUSTOMER WITH DEEP POCKETS but i do have a great sense of humor and i am easy going BUY PICKY i had one decorator and they quit, :( well their idea of decorating was to place many pots with flowers on the floor... i was not impressed ... they did some nice things too i can't say they didn't, but again I wasn't impressed. Well i dont want it to sound like i am some jerk lol, but i did look at your screen shots of houses you build and I am definitely impressed they are beautiful !!! so i though decorating would be a walk in a park for you, I would order a house i just don't need it YET...
Are you supplying materials or am I?(keep in mind that for me to supply materials will add a little to the cost): you supply, but i can also help with some, meaning i don't want furniture made of cheap blocks (ex. cobble stone) , i guess what i am trying to say i don't even know what blocks I would like to use but i would want the interior to be SUPER-B, and i don't want to limit you to what i supply you with and yes i understand extra cost might be involved and i will pay within reason or you may quote me of what you think you would expect roughly the materials to cost... also i don't care to be there floating over you watching your every move this way you can just do it when you want it and get materials that you think will look nice in a given room without me limiting you to what i supply

What type of build are you looking for?: I would like you to build some prebuilts in my town. I think that 15x15 or 10x10 would be a good size. The amount depends on how much you charge per. Depending on how the pricing works out, I might like you to build a barn and a 30x30 for me.

Sparkly just did some builds for me in my town. She was quick (six buildings in under 24hrs), listened to and accommodated my needs, and offered decent pricing. I highly recommend her for your building needs and won't hesitate to give her more work as I need it in the future.

 

Recently, sparkly completed an interior job of my mansion.
She did an excellent job and does not mark up her prices by a lot (if at all)! :)
