    I just want to go ahead and endorse Sparkwood, it's an awesome farm with epic rooms and totally worth the rent price :) Perm access is pretty sweet too

    Pm me in game for more info, i will be on in about two - three hours @snowbleie . But minimum price is 5k ( one week normal repairs included free) to 100k (permanent access plus unlimted enchanted repairs :D this is what skylexia bought)

    im not interested in buying but with a farm this size and a half decent axe your looking at making 20k-30k a hour which means with 4 hours work in a week you can buy perm access which would lead to many riches so i believe this is a good deal :D
