Minecraft Name: Vintage_Gamer Suggestion: Spawn statues are empty... It looks silly as well having lots of empty spots. I think we should lower the subscription, which is way too over priced to be paying every month, to something around $5-10 or so per month. Having to pay $25 every month for some people can be difficult, and having it at a lower price means more people can support the server and still afford to keep their statues there. Reason: The spawn statue areas are very... ugly just now, especially when they are sitting empty. I think the prices speak for themselves, no one is buying them because they are pretty expensive. I would like to see them slightly lower, But not to the point where they are $5, as they should be somewhat of a high end purchase on top of the fact theres a trophy to get from them. so $15 imo might be better. +1 though
As is, no one is willing to pay for them, so "Supply and Demand" is pretty heavy on the "Supply" end... and has been for quite a while. Could always change the statues from something that cost irl money (see above for how well that is working) to something like Featured Towns. Something like the statues of the top 3 Build contest winners, top 3 SG for the month, top 3 Sportspage winners, etc. Right now, it's empty space. Change the price and see how much it increases use. If not, add "Citizens of Note" statues...
Take the 8 most expensive spots from each spawn, as in the ones directly next to the exits (minus the ones already filled) and give them to prominent original staff members and notable developers and such. These are the most important spaces so having permanent statues for those users would be more practical.
