Sure.... For a million dollars. To be blatantly honest the likelihood of anyone being willing to give away, or even sell, their spawn stores for anything less than an astronomical price is little to none. They are, in my experience as the longest running owner of a spawn store, too good to sell if you can make it to the top floor. Good luck!
