E-repair comes with ext commands+ regular tool repairs come with ext commands ext commands++ repairs your tools automatically before they break

 

You said which extcommand gives the special feature extcommand which I'm guessing should be e-repairs. Btw.
And it's extcommands+ if I'm not mistaken.

 

The base ExtCommands feature gives access to
/eec - Enderchest
/ptime - Player Time
/ci - Clear Inventory
/pt - Powertool
/fix - Repair (base feature is only non-enchanted tools, Plus version is enchanted)
/near - Nearby Players
/stack - Stacks Items
/recipe - shows crafting recipes.
