    Make it illegal to vote on your own staff application poll.
    Reason:
    I believe that voting on your own staff application shows arrogance (Which doesn't support their own staff app). It also could mess up voting poll, and might even change someone's opinion. The person should not be allowed to vote on their own staff poll as it affects the poll statistics from honest voters.
    Other Information:
    Lock their application if they happen to vote on their own staff poll. Leave your comments below.

    I agree. What does a poll do? It doesn't really make the staff member change his/her mind. Its the staff's choice really, not the players.
