    Complaint: ( As I see this to be a staff complaint I will be tagging andrewkm to this ) I am not complaining about an issue in game. This is a forum issue. I am beginning to become angry with the staff responses on some complaints and ban appeals. Although this has not happened to me, I have noticed many builders, residents, mayors, and presidents not refunded money for scams when they should be, their complaints about people who have done something wrong turned down because what the person did is a loophole created around the rules, and I am particularly tired of seeing someone banned for life for a rule they didn't know existed. I will not name any staff in particular, this is a generalized issue. Thank you for reading.~TDF11
